HIGH-TECH VAPORIZABLE GLUE WITH SPECIAL WEB-TECHNOLOGY

    TRIMFIX WT is a high tech spray adhesive in aerosol, based on synthetic rubber. It stands out for its special web-technology (WT). Through the combination of the adhesive and the special spray nozzle it can be sprayed in a web-structure, which delivers very good results on rough surfaces.
    TRIMFIX WT is ideal where spraying equipment, a brush or other application techniques can't be used.

    Application information: 
    • TRIMFIX WT is suitable for bonding of paper, textile, cardboard, foams, polyurethane foam, cork, polystyrene, felt, vinyl, plastics, reproductions, glass fibre, Armaflex,... to each other or to surfaces like glass, metal, ceramics, wood, concrete, wall fixture, fibreboard,...

    TRIMFIX WT can be used in:

    • cladding or related sectore
    • textile-covering-furniture-interior design
    • stand construction, car repair, packaging, labelling,...
    • not suited for the bonding of PVC films or for applications above 50°C where peeling forces occur

    Basis: synthetic rubber in a mixture of organic solvents.
    Specific weight: 0,8 kg/litre.
    Solid materials: 15 % +/-1%.
    Colour: yellow-transparent.
    Drying time: between 10 and 60 minutes.
    Open working time: max. 3 minutes.
    Temperature resistance 50°C constant - peak: 100°C.
    Consumption: 5 to 6 m² for a

    light connection.
    Packaging: aerosol 400 ml.
    Cleaning agent: NOVATIO SAFETY CLEAN.
    Spray width is variable from +/- 2,5 cm till 12 cm.
    Shelf life: 12 months, keep dry, cool and frost-proof.
