Seal & Bond MS Screen

    General info: 

    SEAL & BOND MS SCREEN is a 1-component adhesive, drying by air/airhumidity, based on MS-Polymers.
    SEAL & BOND MS SCREEN has a fast curing time.
    SEAL & BOND MS SCREEN does not need a primer.
    SEAL & BOND MS SCREEN has a fast first bonding and an excellent adhesion on varnish and white metal, glass, polyvinyl chloride, aluminium.
    SEAL & BOND MS SCREEN has a high tear strength and has no signs of old age.
    SEAL & BOND MS SCREEN is easy to use and doesn't need pre-heating as the well-known high module products.

    Application information: 
    • remove at least a part of the old windscreen adhesive;
    • degrease the adhesive surface with NOVATIO SAFETY CLEAN and blow dry;
    • clean the windscreen with NOVATIO SATETY CLEAN and NOVATIO MULTIFOAM: spray, wipe with a cloth and wipe off with a cloth clean;
    • apply SEAL & BOND MS SCREEN equally to the vehicle or on the window;
    • Open the windows, place the windscreen, press, correct and apply more pressure if necessary (within 2 minutes).

    After 3 weeks at 23°C / 50% relative air humidity.
    Shrinkage (DIN 52451): Density (DIN EN 27390): does not sag out until 40mm joint.
    Elongation after fracture: > 450%.
    Module by 100% elasticity: 1.0 N/mm² 23°C (DIN 53504 S2).
    Tear strength (DIN 53504 S2): 2.3 N/mm²
    Skin formation: +/- 5 min.

    Full-hardening : 24h. - 2.5 mm; 48h. - 3.5 mm.
    Full cure time: 6 hours at 23°C with a R.A. of 50%.
    Temperature resistance: -40°C - + 90°C.
    Application temperature: min. +5°C - max. +40°C. it is not advisable to use a 1-component adhesive at temperatures lower than 5°C.
    Chemical resistance: good: water, salt water, alfatic solvents, oil, grease, diluted organic acids, leach; moderate: ester, ketone and aromatics; bad: concentrated acids, chlorated solvents; perfect: weatherproof.
    Shelf life: 12 months, keep dry, cool and frost-proof.
